Manage Account

Accounts are made in the launcher: press Create Account, choose an Account ID and password, type your email address and your beta key, and press Create Account again. We email you a 6-digit code: type it in the launcher's Code box and you're in. A beta key works once.

Didn't get the code?

Check your spam folder. In the launcher, type your Account ID and password and press Resend code. Codes work for 30 minutes.

Forgot your password?

The code goes to the email address on your account. No email on your account or no longer have it? Email support@piratesonline.net with your Account ID.

Banned or locked out?

Too many wrong passwords lock an account for 15 minutes. For anything else, email us.
