The game won't open on Mac

macOS blocks apps downloaded from the internet the first time. Right-click Pirates Online, choose Open, then Open again. After that it opens normally.

Windows says it protected my PC

Press More info, then Run anyway. The game isn't code-signed yet.

"This version can no longer connect"

A new version is out. Download it again from the front page.

Can't log in

Check your Account ID and password. After 5 wrong tries, wait 15 minutes. Forgot it? Reset it here.

"Verify your email first"

Type the 6-digit code we emailed you into the launcher's Code box. No email? Check spam, then press Resend code.
